I was in the bus going to a friend's place when it happened. The commercial bus driver had a stop over at the presidential bus-stop for passengers who notified him of their intention to alight at their destinations to do so.
My attention was quickly drawn to the conversation between two passengers sitting at the front row before me. "Oga, go down make I drop" said the first man. Tilting both legs to his right side the other replied; "pass now, make you squeeze body come down bros". They repeated this conversation until the first man got so infuriated and raised his voice impatiently at the other who wasn't willing to get down so the first man could go his way.
Suddenly the very enraged first guy produced 'two crawling crutches' from underneath the seat. Infuriated, he waived it before the other man uttering words I could not really make meaning of as we all watched perplexed by the whole situation.
Consequently, the other guy busted into unreserved apologies to him, stressing that he never knew he needed so much space to get down. Silently, we all had our gazes on the first man who was still muttering something made his way out of the bus with all the help from his crutches.
We should always be patient with other persons we come in contact with day in, day out. Never be too fast to make submissions as to people's actions and omissions. Everyone deserves the benefit of doubt.
